Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your conduct on the Botmarket marketplace. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited Listings

You may not list: stolen or illegally obtained androids, counterfeit or misrepresented items, items that violate export control laws, androids modified to cause harm, or any item that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: create fake accounts or listings, manipulate reviews or view counts, harass or threaten other users, attempt to circumvent platform fees, scrape or crawl the Platform without permission, or interfere with the Platform's operation.

3. Listing Accuracy

All listings must accurately represent the item being sold, including its condition, specifications, and any known defects. Photos must be of the actual item. Stock photos are not permitted as the primary listing image.

4. Communication

All transaction-related communication should occur through the Platform. Attempting to take transactions off-platform to avoid fees is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your IP has been infringed, contact us at support@bbn.beauty.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, and take legal action against users who violate this policy. Decisions are made at our sole discretion.
