Refund Policy

Botmarket facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers of used robots. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request them.
1. Item Not as Described
If a purchased item materially differs from its listing description — wrong model, significantly different condition, undisclosed damage, or missing key components — buyers are eligible for a full refund including shipping. Contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos documenting the discrepancy.
2. Item Not Received
If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement for 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Botmarket will first attempt to resolve the shipping issue with the seller before issuing the refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
Open a dispute through your purchases dashboard or contact support. Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or evidence. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Platform fees are non-refundable except where the transaction was voided before shipment.
5. Return Shipping
For item-not-as-described refunds, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs. Botmarket will provide a prepaid return label where possible. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for: buyer's remorse after delivery, items accurately described in the listing that the buyer no longer wants, damage caused by the buyer after receipt, or transactions outside the 7-day dispute window without extenuating circumstances.
7. Seller Disputes
Sellers may dispute refund requests within 5 business days of notification. Botmarket will review evidence from both parties and make a final determination. Contact support to initiate a seller dispute.
8. Subscription Fees
Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of renewal may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.
