Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the BotMarket platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Accurate Listings

All listings must accurately describe the item being sold. Photos must show the actual item. Condition must be reported honestly. Known defects must be disclosed. Listing items you do not own or intend to sell is prohibited.

2. Prohibited Items

You may not list: stolen goods, items subject to active export controls without required authorizations, weapons or weapon components, items that require special licences you do not hold, counterfeit goods, or any items illegal to sell in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction.

3. No Manipulation

You may not manipulate search results, create fake reviews, use multiple accounts to circumvent bans, bid on your own listings, or engage in any conduct designed to artificially inflate or deflate prices or reputation scores.

4. No Harassment

Treat all users with respect. Harassment, threats, discriminatory language, and unsolicited commercial messages are prohibited. Reports of harassment are investigated and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Platform Integrity

You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically copy content from the platform. Automated access requires prior written approval. Attempts to reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent security measures, or interfere with platform operations are strictly prohibited. Contact us for legitimate API access requests.

6. Transaction Completion & No Off-Platform Sales

Sellers must ship items within the stated timeframe after payment is received. Buyers must complete purchases they commit to. Repeated cancellations, non-payment, or failure to ship may result in account restrictions. Sellers are explicitly prohibited from directing buyers to complete any transaction outside of BotMarket — including via WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, email, direct bank transfer, or any other external channel. Buyers who are solicited off-platform must report this immediately via the Report function. Off-platform solicitation by a seller will result in immediate account suspension and listing removal.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a listing or user that violates this policy, use the report function on the listing or user profile, or contact our support team. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, listing removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity. Serious violations including fraud will be reported to relevant authorities. Contact us to appeal a moderation decision.
