12 Pledges of the Botmarket Community

Before you enter the marketplace, read and acknowledge each pledge. These rules protect every member of the BotFamily — buyers and sellers alike.
01I will not transact off-platform
I will never ask, accept, or arrange to complete a deal outside of Botmarket — no WhatsApp, Telegram, bank transfer, or any other external channel.
02I will list honestly
Every listing I post will accurately describe the item — real photos, true condition, all known defects disclosed. No fake, stolen, or misrepresented items.
03I will not list prohibited items
I will not list stolen goods, export-controlled hardware without authorisation, weapons, counterfeit parts, or anything illegal to sell in my or the buyer's jurisdiction.
04I will complete what I commit to
As a seller I will ship within the stated timeframe once payment clears. As a buyer I will not abandon purchases I initiate. My word is my contract.
05I will not manipulate the platform
No fake reviews, no bid sniping on my own listings, no duplicate accounts to evade bans, no artificial price inflation or deflation. I compete fairly.
06I will treat every member with respect
Harassment, threats, discriminatory language, and unsolicited spam have no place in this community. I engage with others the way I want to be treated.
07I will not circumvent fees
Platform fees fund the infrastructure, fraud protection, and support that make Botmarket safe. Attempting to dodge them — in any form — is a breach of trust.
08I will resolve disputes in good faith
If something goes wrong I will communicate directly and honestly first. I will contact Botmarket support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
09I will not scrape or abuse the platform
I will not scrape listings, reverse-engineer the platform, automate access without permission, or interfere with platform operations in any way.
10I understand Botmarket is not a party to my deals
Botmarket provides the marketplace infrastructure. The sale contract is between me and the other party. I take responsibility for my own due diligence.
11I will report violations I witness
If I see off-platform solicitation, fake listings, or harassment I will use the Report function. Silence enables bad actors — I am part of keeping this place safe.
12I accept that violations lead to permanent bans
I understand that serious breaches — fraud, off-platform sales, harassment — result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities. No appeals for deliberate violations.
Every Botmarket member agrees to these pledges when they first join. They exist to protect you — whether you are buying or selling. If another member violates them, please report it via the listing or user profile.
