Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the Botmarket marketplace.

1. General Policy

All sales on Botmarket are between buyers and sellers. Botmarket facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of record. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of each transaction.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued when: the item received is significantly different from the listing description, the item was not delivered, the item is defective in a way not disclosed in the listing, or the seller agrees to a return.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@bbn.beauty within 14 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request. We will review the claim and mediate between buyer and seller.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Service Fees

The 15% buyer service fee is refundable when a refund is approved. Stripe processing fees may not be recoverable.

6. Subscription Refunds

Seller subscription plans (Pro, Ultimate) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but we do not issue prorated refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Disputes

If a refund request is denied and you believe this is in error, you may escalate the dispute by contacting support@bbn.beauty. We will conduct a final review within 10 business days.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage buyers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in account restrictions.
