These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Botmarket robotics marketplace platform ("Platform"), operated by Botmarket ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Marketplace Services

Botmarket provides a platform for buying and selling robotics equipment including humanoid robots, cobots, industrial robots, and related automation technology. We act as an intermediary and do not take ownership or possession of any listed items. All transactions are between buyers and sellers.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of listed robotics equipment. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export controls. Misrepresentation of items may result in account suspension.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before making a purchase. All purchases are processed through Stripe and are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Fees and Payments

Transaction fees are volume-based and automatically decrease as your 30-day trading volume increases. Seller fees range from 7.99% (Base tier, $0-$25k volume) down to 3.99% (Platinum III tier, $10M+ volume). Buyer fees range from 4.99% (Base tier, $0-$10k volume) down to 3.24% (Platinum III tier, $15M+ volume). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your current tier and fee rate are displayed in your dashboard.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to engage in fraud, sell stolen or counterfeit goods, harass other users, circumvent fees, or violate any applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by Botmarket or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Botmarket is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, the condition or quality of listed items, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the reliability of sellers, or uninterrupted access to the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
