Shipping Policy

Botmarket is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of pre-owned and new robotics equipment. Shipping is handled through our integrated carrier partners or arranged directly by the seller, depending on the listing.

1. Shipping Methods

At checkout, buyers see available shipping options with live rates from integrated carriers (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL) where supported. For heavy or oversized robotics equipment, freight shipping may be arranged between the buyer and seller directly after purchase.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the carrier, service level, origin, and destination. Most domestic shipments arrive within 3–10 business days; international and freight shipments may take 2–6 weeks. Delivery dates marked as "guaranteed" are backed by the carrier's guarantee policy.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. The buyer pays shipping unless the seller explicitly offers free shipping on the listing.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

Once the seller ships the item, a tracking number is provided in the buyer's dashboard under "Purchases" and sent by email. Buyers can monitor shipment status in real time from the tracking page.

6. Insurance and Loss or Damage

Shipments booked through our integrated carriers include the carrier's standard liability coverage. Additional insurance can be requested by the seller before dispatch. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact support within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to the seller because the buyer refused it, provided an incorrect address, or was unavailable to accept delivery, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted from any refund issued.

8. Restricted Destinations

Some items cannot be shipped to every country due to export controls on robotics, dual-use technology, or carrier restrictions. If a destination is unsupported, no shipping rate will be shown at checkout.
